Free Shipping: Orders above INR 1000 (before taxes, discounts) automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of INR 40 applies to orders below 1000 (before taxes, discounts).

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours after being placed.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Additional Information:

We currently ship within India only but we are working on starting shipping all over the world.
Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional cost (details on website if applicable).

You can track your order status and estimated delivery date anytime by logging into your UNOQIO account and by checking Member Tab there or clicking the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

Original receipt is required.
Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

Visit your Member page on the UNOQIO website https://www.unoqio.com/members.
Go to my orders tab.
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Choose your preferred return method (if applicable).

Refunds: At UNOQIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of purchase.

Eligible items: unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and with original receipts.
Timeframe: Return your item(s) within 7 days from the purchase date.
Refunds: We will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by UNOQIO (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
